Sausage Balls

1 c. Bisquik
1 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese
1 Jimmy Dean spicy sausage

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. This is for easy clean up! Combine the Bisquik, cheese, and sausage. I find a nice wooden spoon does the job well. Roll into one-inch balls and place on the cookie sheet. By the way, if you have a cookie scoop, use it to make the balls. So fast and no messy hands. Plus, they are perfectly consistent. Bake at 400 degrees (pre-heated oven) for eighteen minutes.

Sara’s tips:  These can be made ahead and then nuked to warm up right before guests arrive.  They also freeze well, already cooked. Perfect to pull out a few to eat with eggs in the morning!
