Bend Food: Stories of Local Farms and Kitchens drops June 25, 2018. It’s about the farm-to-table movement here in Central Oregon. During the summer and fall of 2017, I interviewed farmers, chefs, local food advocates and organizations. From watching a farmer slaughter a chicken to eating a French Breakfast Radish plucked right out the ground on a cool morning…What a wonderful journey!
